ICMP Message coming in response packet
When there is a IP address conflict in BACnet Routers. The BACnet Device will come some time online and some times goes offline. Also it will reply for unconfirmed service but it dont reply for confirmed services.
On that time if you see the packets in wire shark you will find the ICMP in Response protocol. This means there is a chance of IP conflict.
